Postage Terms and Condition’s 

All orders through this website are paid via PayPal secure payment method for goods and services for your protection.

Returns policy
Faulty or damaged items is covered for return and full refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving product to be covered. When item is received by us full refund will be given including cost of return postage. Proof of postage with a tracked or recorded postage used is required.

Change of mind or unwanted orders can be cancelled before order is completed, orders are usually completed on same day ordered. A credit for item/s will be issued on return of product, please make sure you have a tracked postage to cover this if item is lost in post. Postage costs is not returned or covered. Change of mind needs to be completed within 14 days from receiving order and returned unused in same condition received.

Custom or back orders cannot be cancelled or changed when order has been started, there are no returns on these products as they are personal to customer and cannot be resold. These items are still covered under faulty or damaged if this occurs.

Custom orders or back orders will take longer for delivery as they are made to order please allow an additional 14 days on order being processed. All other products are posted within a couple of days with 2nd class signed for postage through royal mail.
